I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. Mel was great at communicating with me about the time and what he found. His adult children work with him. All of them were super nice and genuinely cared about getting it right for me.

Mel and his team were thorough, professional, and early to the site. The report was extensive and featured photos of every area of concern. Helpful also were the links to repair professionals. Highly recommend THI!!!
