There are several reasons I use Mel and his team of inspectors to inspect properties. They are courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. They use 2 inspectors at most inspections so it creates the least inconvenience for the seller and 2 sets of eyes to view any potential issues.

Mel and team are responsive and reliable, easy to coordinate with too. They are excellent at explaining the inspection in terms everyone understands. Highly recommend.
