Mel and his crew was very detailed and thorough on a house we were intending purchasing. They found so many things we had no idea about and definitely gave us a better idea on what we were purchasing. They provided plenty of photos and explanations of all problems they found. Recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home

As a Realtor, having a good and thorough home inspection is crucial to me for my buyers! Mel and his son were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to go over the issues in detail and answered all our questions. Another huge plus, the report was layed out nicely with easy tools to use to help create a repair list!
